A trip up to the lake District this last bank holiday saw us hurtling up the motor way in torrential rain hoping that the weather on arrival would be sunny as forecast, and to give the man from the met office his fair due, it was. we spent a nice couple of hours taking in the scenery of the south lake district before heading to Blackpool for an overnight stop to visit friends and family.

Out of the mothballs

having not used this camera for what seems like an age, I thought that I really ought to get back to some serious photography, (prompted in the decision by my wife who said "you never use that camera so why do you keep it") , stuck for an answer I pretended that I hadn't heard the question and carried on sorting through the bag in which this camera and lenses are kept, ten minutes later I was on ebay ordering film, which has now arrived and I am planning an outing with this beast when the weather next allows, I will post images on here as soon as possible afterwards.
